A RAMEN TECH 2026 workshop outside the flagship store of Ishimura Manseido, a Hakata confectioner founded in 1905. Participants create a collage on the shop’s packaging, combining its historical photographs, patterns and confectionery designs with their own photos or clippings.
Date: October 11, 2026. Eight 30-minute sessions: 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 13:00, 13:30, 14:00 and 14:30. Please arrive five minutes before your session.
Venue: in front of Ishimura Manseido’s flagship store, 2-1 Susaki-machi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka, five minutes on foot from Nakasu-Kawabata Station. Fee: ¥1,000, including sweets. All ages welcome; no art experience required. Tools and basic materials are provided, and you can take your finished box home.
The project was conceived by BLOOMIN’ KIDS staff member Lilou Cesar, who holds a master’s degree in art history from the University of Lorraine. Organized by Ishimura Manseido and BLOOMIN’ KIDS.
